Description: Professional Activities: Adjunct professor of Mediation and Arbitration at Catholic University Columbus School of Law (2001-Present), Adjunct professor of Mediation and of Alternative Dispute Resolution at George Mason University School of Law (2006-Present), guest instructor in Mediation and Arbitration at George Washington University Law School, Georgetown University Law School and Howard University Law School. Developed and conducted international trainings in conflict management, mediation, and facilitative communication (Ministry of Education, Israel; Ministry of Education, Palestine, through U.S. Department of State). Developed and conducted conflict management and mediation trainings for numerous public and private agencies and organizations, including NASA, U.S. Department of Justice, USDA, Department of Commerce, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, the F.A.A., the Virginia Bar Association and the Virginia Supreme Court. Past member of the Council of the Virginia State Bar/Virginia Bar Association ADR Joint Committee, past president of the Board of Directors of the Virginia Mediation Network, past president and current Advisory Member of the Board of Directors of the Northern Virginia Mediation Service (NVMS), where he is also a Mentor Mediator and trainer.
