Thank you to everyone who was involved with this year's conference "Lighting the Way to Help You Sail Your Own Ship!" Over 100 attendees and speakers were involved in the conference which took place from October 3-10, 2025. Two days of in-person sessions at the Virginia Crossings Hotel & Conference Center in Glen Allen were followed by a week of virtual sessions.

At the 2025 Fall Conference, VMN changed its Executive Committee and Board, saying goodbye to former members while welcoming new members aboard.
