2024 VMN Fall Conference Venue & Lodging Information

We are delighted to be holding the in-person portion of this year's Fall Conference at Colonial Williamsburg Woodlands Conference Center. For your convenience, we have reserved a discounted block of rooms at the Woodlands Hotel & Suites, which is right next to the Conference Center. The deadline to reserve a room is Aug. 13, 2024. The discounted room rate is $189 per night. The block is reserved for two nights, Sept. 13 and 14.

The discounted Block Guest Room Rate includes:

Continental Breakfast
Free basic Wifi
Free shuttle to historic area
2 tickets to the historic area per guest room for the duration of the stay
The discounted rate will be honored for 3 days pre and post conference for those who wish to stay longer
