Bio
Tiffany Hollin Wright brings over 25 years of cross-sector experience to mediation, uniquely combining her expertise as a Licensed Master Social Worker and court-referred mediator with extensive financial services leadership. Her compassionate, collaborative approach draws from 15+ years as a regulatory executive with the Federal Reserve System and U.S. Department of Treasury, where she developed deep expertise in complex stakeholder negotiations and systemic problem-solving.
As Principal of Divine Constructs (a dba of Hollin Wright Enterprises, LLC), Tiffany specializes in business, employment, contract, and family mediation. Her multidisciplinary training includes degrees in Managerial Economics (Virginia State University), Social Administration (Case Western Reserve University), Public Health (New York University), and Biochemistry (Xavier University). This comprehensive background enables her to address both the human and economic dimensions of conflict resolution.
Tiffany's innovative mediation practice emphasizes helping parties discover solutions within themselves, fostering sustainable agreements that address underlying interests rather than surface positions. As a Certified Financial Social Worker and Supreme Court of Virginia Parent Educator, she brings specialized expertise to financial disputes and family matters.
Her cross-sector experience spans nonprofit administration, community development, and federal banking regulation, providing unique insight into organizational dynamics and systemic challenges. Tiffany's empathetic yet strategic approach has successfully resolved conflicts across diverse industries, helping parties transform disputes into opportunities for collaboration and growth.
Committed to professional excellence, Tiffany continues advancing mediation practice through ongoing training and thought leadership in alternative dispute resolution.
