The Virginia Mediation Network is hosting its 2022 Fall Conference on September 17 & 19-23. Our theme this year is “Rising to the Challenge in a Changing Environment,” because in the ADR world we are moving forward, facing a new day, and acknowledging evolving communication methods and business models.

Saturday, September 17, will be in-person, at Hotel 24 South, in Staunton, Virginia, and we will offer six sessions that day. In addition to lunch, we will provide a continental breakfast prior to the first sessions.
Our Keynote Luncheon, featuring Dan Wassink, Dispute Resolution Services Manager, followed by our members-only Annual Meeting, will also be in-person on Sept. 17, starting at 12:25p.m. We hope to livestream the Keynote & Annual Meeting for those who cannot attend in-person.
We are offering a networking and cocktail hour at 5:30p.m. on Friday, Sept. 16, at Hotel 24 South, to celebrate VMN's 30th Anniversary. A ticket for this event, which includes hors d'oeuvres and one drink, is $25 and can be added at registration.
The remainder of the conference, from Sept. 19-23, will be virtual, and we will offer 2-3 virtual sessions per day.
We are applying for CME credits for most sessions, and for MCLE credits for several.
