The Virginia Mediation Network is hosting its 2022 Fall Conference on September 17 & 19-23. Saturday, September 17, will be in-person at Washington & Lee University School of Law. (There will be a dinner or cocktail hour offered on the evening of Friday, Sept. 16).  We will offer six in-person sessions that day.  The remainder of the conference from Sept. 19-23 will be virtual, and we will offer two virtual sessions per day. Our theme this year is “Rising to the Challenge in a Changing Environment,” because in the ADR world we are moving forward, facing a new day, and acknowledging evolving communication methods and business models.
