The in-person conference will kickoff on Friday, Oct. 6, with dinner and a Keynote presentation from Jacqueline N. Font-Guzmán, co-author with Bernard S. Mayer, of The Neutrality Trap: Disrupting and Connecting for Social Change. A ticket for this event, which includes dinner and a drink ticket, can be added at registration.
On Saturday, Oct. 7, we will offer a full day of conference presentations. Our Annual Meeting will take place during lunch on Oct. 7. In addition to lunch, we will provide a continental breakfast prior to the first sessions.
The remainder of the conference, from Oct. 9-13, will be virtual, and we will offer 3 virtual sessions per day.
Please note that our in-person conference is happening during the same week and at the same location as the annual NAFCM and ACR conferences, which begin on Monday, Oct. 2. NAFCM and ACR members are eligible for the VMN member rate for our conference. If you are interested, please contact Christy at virginiamediationnetwork@gmail.com.
We are applying for CME credits for most sessions, and for MCLE credits for some.
All conference sessions count toward MC3 certification and recertification. Visit MC3 Mediator Certification for more information.
The deadline to register is Friday, Sept. 29.
